“Yes, these are more expensive than many other tinned tomatoes on the market, but they are exceptionally good and once you’ve cooked with them, it’s very hard to go back to any other brand. They really taste of proper, ripe Italian tomatoes, with none of that citric acid sharpness you can come across. What this means is that you don’t need to cook them for ages to soften the blow.
